H.N. Zayniddinov's scientific work is devoted to "Theoretical and practical problems of creating special processors, devices, systems and their software". The beginning of H.N.Zayniddinov's scientific activity is directly connected with "Creation and application of linear and functional transformers of information". Then he explored the architecture of special processors that process data in analog and digital form together. H.N. Zayniddinov and his students were the first to study the theoretical problems of creating various hardware-software packages for special applications, special computational tools based on fragmentary polynomial methods of data processing, their design and circuitry . At present, the results of these studies in the field of health - in biomedical signal processing information systems, in geophysics - in the digital processing of multidimensional magnetic fields, in the field of hydrolocation - in the capture of objects as a result of processing radar signals, widely used in industries. In the early 2000s, H.N. Zayniddinov took an active part in the development of principles for the creation of special processors with high efficiency and reliability, based on the methods of fragment-polynomial and spline-function, together with scientists from St. Petersburg University of Electrical Engineering. H.N. Zayniddinov's research is original, contributes to the development of information technology and is widely used in many fields.
Under the direct leadership and participation of H.N.Zayniddinov, more than 20 important research works were carried out in the national economy. He is the author of more than 40 educational, teaching and methodological articles and more than 300 scientific articles, including more than 35 certificates and patents of the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan. His scientific works have been published in prestigious journals of England, Germany, USA, Slovakia, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and India.
